My name's Kartikeya.
I studied History at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai and then went on to do a Masters degree in Digitalisation, Surveillance, and Societies from Erasmus University Rotterdam. I know, that second one sounds just a little bit abstract. I can't help it, that's what the course was called. But let me try again. I focused on the ethics that go into building machine learning systems from a sociological perspective.
I've also spent time working as a consultant in the area of FDI promotion and economic research in India at an organisation called Invest India.
Currently I write on business, culture, and technology, and do a bunch of design work.
